UnderWater is a subsidiary of Beijing Chuangbang Technology. Its annual investment in technology research and development for the Xiaohongshu business exceeds RMB 5 million. The company has an in-house algorithm R&D team of 12 members, 4 front-end developers, 6 back-end developers, and an operations and marketing department of 12 people.
